Outsourced Global LLC is an operations partner headquartered in Sharjah, UAE. We build, staff, and run business functions for companies that have outgrown doing everything in‑house — and aren’t interested in the usual outsourcing experience.

Our story

We started Outsourced Global because we kept seeing the same story from inside operating teams: smart founders losing nights to invoicing, customer leads cooling because nobody picked up the phone, and offshore vendors who treated work as ticket volume rather than craft.

We built a different kind of firm — small senior teams, clear ownership, and a deep refusal to bill by the seat. We staff for the outcome you actually need, then keep refining it.

Today, we operate from the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone with delivery teams across the Gulf, the Levant, and South Asia, serving founders and operators in twelve sectors.

Yes — most of our clients are based in Europe, North America, or the GCC. We're set up to operate across timezones and currencies.
That's the most common path. Many clients start with a CX pod or a finance specialist, and add adjacent functions once they trust how we run delivery.
Most engagements are priced as a fixed monthly retainer tied to a clear scope and SLA, rather than per‑seat or per‑hour. We'll walk you through the trade‑offs in our first call.
You do. We work inside your accounts and your tools. Anything we author — SOPs, dashboards, training material — is yours from day one.
A clean off‑boarding plan with a documented hand‑over to your team. We'd rather you leave well than stay reluctantly.
